Can’t see changelog for Directory Theme 10.8.7

Hi, does anyone know where the changelog file is? It’s not in framework folder as it normally is.

I’ve not been on here for a while but saw this version 10.8.7 but there’s no information about it. Looking at other posts it looks like support no longer visit the forum – would be good if they could clarify info about changelog.
