can't get the language file

    Hello,
    I have uploaded the child theme, and i am using the 4.8 version,
    All works fine, but i can’t figure out how to install and how to name other languages file, as i don’t see them anymore.

    (i tryed to upload in in the child theme folder, and also in RT/framework as language_xxx.php)
