Can you configure a package to allow multiple coupons to be submitted during a s

Is it possible to configure packages to allow multiple coupons to be entered during the package subscription period. The way it seems to work now is that a merchant must buy another package each time he wants to add another coupon to the site.
I would like to allow them to enter multiple coupons during a subscription period say 10 in a 30 day subscription, 30 in a 90 day subscription, etc.
