Calendar needed

I need to be able to have a calendar booking function that can be implemented on a per user basis this is for the RT theme so that houses for rental can be tracked. but the listing author has to be able to manage the calendar on a per listing basis.

Can anyone suggest any plugins that can do this.
Every one I have looked at so far does not have the ability for the individual user to manage the calendar. eg. mark this as available or unavailable
