Bulk Import of Categories with SubCategories Problem

Does anyone know how to import categories 5 levels deep?

After the import there is a problem with subcategory 4 & 5.

Using this bulk import data:

Category1
-Category2
--Category3
---Category4
----Category5

Category4 is incorrectly named “-Category4” and it’s parent is incorrectly Category2

Also Category5 is incorrectly named “--Category5” and it’s parent is incorrectly Category2

Any ideas?? Thank you!
