Banners are not rotating, what are your settings?

    Im going to assume this is due to caching (I have CDN as well and w3 total cache). This is for banners in sellspace like sidebar, header, footer etc. Not adsense!

    If you got the rotation to work, what did you exclude from cache or is there another way?
