Bank Details Payment Gateway Does Not Work with Order Manager

Hello everybody

I noticed that when you use the “Bank Details Form” Payment Gateway there is no button or anything to initiate the payment.

This has the side-effect that the Orders will not show up in my “Theme Options -> Order Manager”. And since the orders with the Bank Details Form do not show up there, no invoice is created and the Email I created for “New Order” and “New Successful Order” will not be sent.

However, these are really key steps in the payment process.

Any suggestions what I can do to solve this?
