Automatic | ALT | TITLE | tags removed from WP 4.7, how to get back

Since WP 4.7 these were removed from being auto generated for images. I know of a script that put it back but has to be installed every theme update & if forgotten about then lose the script.

Ive tried most plugins from WP repository with no luck as they are all outdated and no Authors responding to support tickets.

For PP Themes would be excellent that i be populated from the front end name of the listing TITLE not the name of the image
