Auto upgraded to WP 3.8.3, importing from Amazon/Ebay no longer works

As the title states:
Auto upgraded to WP 3.8.3, importing from Amazon/Ebay no longer works

1. I have deactivated all plugins, still doesn’t work
2. Checked, rechecked, and inserted new API keys, no luck
3. Installed the 3.6 patch fix that was needed the last time this happened a few months ago

Here is the error I get:
1. Amazon:
