Any way to modify “Enter town or city…” in back office instead of code ?

On DT 10.8.

Is there a way to modify the text “enter my town or city” in the file :

filter-distance.php (line 50)

straight in the back office of the theme? I’ve done it by modifying the code because i could not find it in locotranslate or any of the premiumpress options.

Similar to that, concerning the same filter, is there any way to set it up without modifying CSS or code? It’s quite annoying to deal with (such as the 500km radius etc etc etc).

I have not found anything deeper than the basic setup for the search page (in the back office i mean).
