I have been getting this message when trying to use the Amazon Import Tool with the shopping theme.
“We could not connect to Amazon because your Amazon import settings are incorrect.”
I have checked multiple times and my security key and access key are both definitely correct.
I have tried to contact Amazon but there forums seem very inactive.
I have seen many threads on google about this, scoured through every single one but can’t find an answer.
ANY help would be appreciated.
Send a ticket and ill try with mine, are you entering your developer AWS account keys or your affiliate account keys?
My affiliate ID is from Amazon associates The secret key and access key are from AWS

I contacted support and apparently my API keys were invalid even though they were exactly what Amazon gave me and 100% in the right order. Support gave me a key to use and it worked perfectly – so either my key was just broken or there is a big time delay before it can actually work.
