Again – new order received, never got paid, don’t know who the order is for

Using Directory Theme 10.8.4.

I got an email today saying “Payment received – thank you!”
It was a CC on what the customer is getting.

Then I got an Admin Email [New Order] that erroneously lists my name saying:
terry has placed a new order.
Ad Payment #7799
Total: $2.00
Regards

When I log in the the Orders screen, NO order is listed.

So someone else getting a free ride on my website. This is an ongoing issue which is costing me money *and* stopping me from promoting the site because I don’t want more non-paying subscribers.
