Advanced Search Field – Radio Button (multiple choice)

I have this problem.
On My Submission Custom Field page i add Property Type ( Single,Double,Flat,houses ) etc. with list box with multiple choices.
In the Advanced Search Fields i`m trying to add the same field for search with Radio Button (multiple choice) – but this is not working
I get the results which i need but there is no option to choose multiple results for example:
If i want to search for one bedroom flat and two bedroom flat togheter there is no option with this “Radio Button (multiple choice)”
Is there any solutions to fix this and how to do it.
