Advance filter by custom field

Hi Guys,

Please help,

I am using Directory Press and was working perfectly.

I have successfully added many custom fields and add them as a filter too like (SPECIALITY, CONCERNS, Type OF SERVICE), see here https://therapyhoustontexas.com/?s=+&cat1=

Now when I am adding one more filter of Insurance Accepted as a CheckBox, Its not coming as filter.
Though I am able to select the values in the profile add/edit area. But the all values doesnt come out when I make it a FILTER, though using same DB filed, and doing all same what I have done previously.

Looking for the kind help urgently.
