10.8.1 Author Box not Showing on Listing Page. Contact Form won’t add correctly

When I edit the Listing Page and choose to display the Author Box on the top right sidebar of the page, it just doesn’t show (either in the backend or on the published page).
Also, when I edit the Listing Page and add a Contact Form to the sidebar and publish, it doesn’t flow correctly on the page.
The spacing between modules is also different when published but that is not as important of an issue.

Has anyone gotten these to work successfully on their site?
