Listing Fields Gone from WordPress

    When I log into WordPress and try to add or update a listing, all the special fields have gone including the WordPress SEO fields.

    The versions I am running are below:

    Directorypress Version 7.1.4
    WordPress Version 3.6
    Wordpress SEO Version 1.4.13

    What is the easiest way to fix this and get the fields back?
