How can I check the status of my submitted ticket?

    On https://s.premiumpress.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit , what should I enter as Ticket Email and Ticket Password?

    I tried to enter my email address for the Ticket Email and my ticket ID for the Ticket Password but I’m getting an error:
    A Cross Site Request Forgery attempt has been detected; cannot continue with the required action.

    So how can I check the status of my submitted ticket?
