How to remove "Profile Background" from "My Account Details"

Hello everybody,

How can you remove the entire section “Profile Background” where the user can set a background image for his profile from the “My Account Details” area?

I managed to get rid of the buttons to choose the background with this CSS

But I also want to remove the title “Profil Hintergrund” (“Profile Background” in German). The problems is that when I do so the title “Mein konto” (=”My Account”) also gets removed…
