Video thumbnail Service ffmpeg Not working

    In my Responsive video theme, the Video thumbnail Service ffmpeg is OFF in my Php check (Theme Option ->Overview -> Php check). I had contacted my hosting company to make it ON and it is enabled they said that everything is ok from their side. ( See the attachment). They told me that it is all about the template coding. What is the problem? What should i do?
    I am desperately need your help, my website is live and i am having a video site without a thumbnail which is something ridiculous.
    Any help is appreciated
