How to add custom text in "Listing Information" section?

    How can I add custom text to the “listing information” section? When I enable “Show Listing Enhancements” it looks really nice, however, I only want to show the first section not “Listing Enhancements” and “Total Payment” and I would like to have some custom text in there not the default one. When I disable “Show Listing Enhancements” everything disappears… How can I edit this?
