Mobile Display Issues Version 8.2

On a Larger Mobile phone 3 inches wide by 6 inches tall Samsung Galaxy Note 3.
When going to the home page of my Dating site, nothing but a horizontal menu is showing for the home page. Very ugly. When pressing search to try and get something to display.
See attached photo of my phone. The green lines show up where profiles or profile images should be, but no images show up at all through the website. Not even on the blog.

The only place images show up and they are gigantic taking up the whole screen is the little 24×24 pix post author avatar icons in the bbPress forum of my website. No other images can be seen or found. So can anybody tell me what’s going on with this?

Tablets – iPads
Works ok as far as I can see on mobile Tablet and iPad 10.1 inch
However the website URL does not produce a website it just shows the link in Google search page instead.
Previously in version 8 I did not think to check version 8.1 if you typed the URL in the address bar the website appeared as one would expect on the tablet & iPad no problems.
Now it does not go straight to the website, unless you perform a second click on the Google search page that just gives a link to it.
