Shopperpress – products not listing

I have been using shopperpress for the last 2 years but now when I add a product occasionally it does not add correctly to the gallery page even though I am doing the same as I have done previously with over 50 products which all listed fine.

When I go to publish the product in admin and then go to gallery page, can see the product, title and image and price of product and everything looks fine but when I then click the product to go to the product page all I see is one image on the left handside of the product page and nothing else. No description, no further images, no add to cart, nothing.

Any help would be appreciated as to what is causing this. Seems to be happening in an adhoc fashion, when I add another product it might add and all be fine but is extremely frustrating.
