Shopperpress – Shipping and Fee Questions

I have a few questions I could use help with:

1. There is a country pull down box on the checkout page of shopperpress. I’d like to remove it (everything I do on my site is geared locally) – and ideas on how to do this?

2. I want to add a “processing fee” upon checkout. This fee is to help pay for our servers and transportation fees. It will be a set fee per each order, despite how many items they checkout with. Is this possible? If so, any ideas on the easiest route to complete this task?

3. I do not need a shipping address for my customers. Everything I sell is picked up. Is there a way to remove the “Tick this box if you have a separate shipping address.” box?
