Limit the number of emails users can send to listings

Hi,
I think in an earlier version there was a feature where you could limit the amount of emails users of the site could send to listings.

The only people who send emails to every listing are spammers and recently my competition advertising their services to all my customers and I don’t like making it so easy for them.
