    Hi,

    I was wondering if I could maybe get some advice on an issue I am having?

    On the contact form, when the wrong answer is given to the security question it does not display a validation error, it refreshes the page and resets the form but does not say why.

    When the answer is correct the form will send and a message appears to confirm it.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
