request to Mark Frail

Dear Mark,

I have already opened a ticket for my problem but has not received any response yet.

My problem is I have tried quite a few available child theme as per your tutorial but none of them working properly,when I make changes in child theme it hardly modify to parent theme (classified theme) and even if sometimes it modify to parent theme it does not retain long.when I log out and log in back again all changes get undone.

I can not take the risk of making changes direct to parent theme due to updates.
