Claim listing button not working

Hi,
I’ve activated the “Allow Claim Listings” option and the button appears correctly. However, when clicking this button, it just reloads the page adding “?claim=” and the post id to the URL.
How can I make this work so that the registration form is shown when clickin the “claim listing” button?
