Shopperpress – are you human

Hi,

I am having potential customers call me to say they are being directed to ‘are you human’ webpage when they are using my website and trying to buy something, I think this is putting off a lot of people from ordering as they think the site is dodgey!

Have do I stop this, I am using AVH first defence against spam plugin, is it this that it causing this? are you human page? and is there an alternative so that I can still stop spam etc
