With the help with someone from Hostgator, who is a great fan of Premium Press, used Duplicator plugin to reload a site to a new account. On the front end, it looks great. But, when in the Admin Dashboard, if I go to General Settings….the tabs (System, Category, Images etc) do not open.
Also, if in Admin Dashboard, and I open a product, I can edit the text in the description… but I cannot edit the permalink and I cannot access the tabs (General, Attributes, File Downloads, Shipping, Images etc). It is like something wants to show there, but is is just a little sliver of a blue line, and is inaccessible.
It will allow me to add a product…but I cannot access the tabs to add a price, attributes, or images.
We tried changing to php 5.3 and php 5.4,
We found an error message : Your current path is NOT writable therefore images might not be saved. …. we changed this to 777 and it didn’t help
it shows…. /home/MYHOSTUSERNAME/public_html/MYDOMAINNAME/wp-content/themes/shopperpress/thumbs/
We tried changing the permissions in a couple of other files…don’t know which ones.
He also emptied the cache.
We also tried reloading Shopperpress manually.
