I wish there was a header area manager, like in the widgets page.

You can add widgets to everywhere but the header area, and that is the first thing users see.

    I don’t understand this.

I have looked everywhere in the system and all I want to do is to have the search function that on the home page of the child theme, SearchMe, to have the same search form on all the other pages, in the header so it matches the front page, and it can not easly be done!

ON the page set up admin area, i select logo with search and it shows some funky search field, instead of the same search form on the front page????

PLEASE, SOMEONE HELP ME??? it seems there is not much help here to do something that should be so simple!

Thanks. attached image show what I wish to do using the child theme for directory, SearchMe
