Drop down menu bar – help / plugin / upgrade?

Hi,

I really want to jazz up my menu bar. Is there a way to incorporate images into it and spacing?

An example of a look ive seen is:

scroll over the numbers

and https://www.thehut.com/home.dept
click shop by department

Is something like this already in shopper press or is there a plugin that can replace the menu that is already there with something like this?
