Unecessary Space in Description

On my Product descriptions I usually have sentences organized by bullets and then a table with more description.

The problem is that almost all my items now show a Huge Space between my list of bulleted sentences and the table. The other problem is that my bullets disappear.

I tried removing the sentences, removing the code for the bullets (not that they show anyway) and nothing. Anything that I add gets pushed way down the page as if I pressed entered over 20 times.
