Custom Field "Title Only" not visible

    Sorry for my bad english. I have the following problem / question.
    I have created a field in the “Listing Setup” and selected as the “Field Type” “Display Caption (Title Only)”. If I create a new “Listing” this field is visible. But for the ordinary visitor, this field is not visible. Can you explain to me where is my mistake? Thank you very much.
