Problem with checkout page

Responsive ShopperPress V6.56, WP V3.9.1

I’m on a tight deadline, and running out of time fast. Help please!

I have a problem with the checkout page. Of course, this is also subject to the problem I just posted with regard to editing account details as I can’t get past the lack of a State/Region.

On the checkout page, there are 3 steps. Step 1: Checkout Options, Step 2: Delivery Details and Step 3: Payment Method. Only the middle one has anything in it.

If I click Step 1, I get a message saying “Welcome back <username>”
Step 2 has the State/Region problem.
If I click Step3, nothing happens.

I have a page called “Checkout” linked to the button properly in General Setup. I created the page using the template [Checkout], but I haven’t written a thing in it. It is blank and all at the default.

I was unable to find any documentation as to how to set this page up, what options I might or should have to edit to make it work properly, so I have no idea if I’ve done something wrong or not.

I have enabled two payment methods, both have been set up with the correct details, and “Enabled” properly. They are PayPal Standard and WorldPay.
