Problems with Account Details.

I’m on a tight deadline, and running out of time fast. Help please!

I have a problem with editing account details. At the bottom of the page are the fields Country and State/Region.

Whatever I do, whichever country I choose, nothing ever appears in the State/Region field, and I can’t see where it’s set up. As a result, I can’t change the account settings, and can’t test the checkout.

I have a page called “My Account” linked to the button properly in General Setup. I created the page using the template [My Account], but I haven’t written a thing in it. It is blank and all at the default.

I was unable to find any documentation as to how to set this page up, what options I might or should have to edit to make it work properly, so I have no idea if I’ve done something wrong or not.
