Coupon Theme Changes in 6.5.6

Hi Guys

With version 6.5.6 there will be some design and feature changes to the coupon theme to keep it updates with the latest design trends.

There will now be a new layout for the default theme as the old design has been around for too long now.

Iv added back the options to hide expired coupons as well as included click-to-reveal, click to copy and click to view options to the admin area.

The existing design will be made available as a child theme for those who wish to continue using it.
