How to COMPLETELY Remove DirectoryPress

How do I COMPLETELY remove DirectoryPress from my wordpress installation?

I used to have directory press installed. Thought I had removed it. Apparently not.

if I go into my options.php page I still see lots of entries for directorypress related options. Such as:

I would like it so that directorypress is completely removed from my wordpress altogether.

So far, I have deleted the theme from the wordpress admin, and used ftp to delete the theme as well. I am using a new teme (genesis framework Agency theme).
