Customizing Look of Tag Cloud

Doe anyone know if there is a way to customize the look of the Tag Cloud to make it look like a nice uniformed and good-looking list?

For example. I have some taxonomies and thankfully by reading the community forum, I was able to use the tag clouds, but instead of the words being different sizes I wanted to make them the same size and list them or put commas and maybe an image. I know there’s a way to make the font uniform. Not sure how. Also my advanced search taxonomies not working properly.
