Contact Form

Im trying to set up my Contact page (not as part of the system´s messages related to listings, but a separate Contact page).

Ive been going through the threads and as suggested I´ve installed Contact Form 7, which is fine and I have it all integrated. The only problem is when I receive the emails the “From” is set to the email address in General Setup-> Email Settings. (which is the admin email of the site) And it wont let me delete it and leave it blank. So when people send me email from the site´s Contact page, I don’t have a reply email address to work with…

Any advice?
