can't page through orders

For a long time, I have not been able to page through the order screen. I had hoped when I updated to 7.13 the problem would resolve, but it didn’t. So I can only see the last 10 orders which is crippling things. when I click on any of the page numbers the little graphic whirls around but nothing ever happens. I have tried it in four different browsers and several different computers. Can anyone help?
