Vote on upgrade features

Great job Mark, on the new look and navigation of the support site.

I recently purchased a crowdfunding theme from a company that allows users to post and then vote on the customizations they need. I think they choose three per month, develop them, and then make the code available to everyone on the forum.

I think it’s a terrific concept. Maybe you’d consider it?
