Classified Theme-Child Theme-Vacation Time

When creating the submission form for a new listing, if a subscriber opts for an “Enhancement” to be ” Featured” the feature picture become highlighted and the highlight COLOR is a light green. The highlight is quite wide around the featured picture. We would like to be able to change the color of the Highlight from green to another color. Can anyone assist with this? Thank you!
