Email Setup

We use Classified Responsive Theme and Vacation Time Child Theme. When in Email Setup, and creating emails, is there any way to add shortcode buttons in that section. We would like to place links in the emails that refer back to our website, and install buttons that point back to the areas whereby a subscriber can renew their listing.
Any assistance with this will be much appreciated as we are stuck trying to configure emails properly.
If we cannot configure using your email setup, then possibly you can refer to a plugin that will assist us in configuring emails as described.
