    I have a multi-site, Classifieds and Directory. If I am charging for listings within the UK I need to charge VAT. Outside UK there will be no VAT. How do I set this within the Premium Press themes, or is this something I need to do in the Paypal gateway? I don’t want to have to add listing packages for UK and different for outside which I guess is one way.
