Messed up add listing Page

    I think I inadvertantly messed up the add listing page when I tried a pricing page plug in. I want the modula version that is the original in realestate theme , not the older V-7 multi-column version. I’ve deactivated the plugin to no avail. I’ve reloaded the latest versions of both the Realestate theme, child theme (New Wave) and WP 3.8 to no avail. Suggestions please.
