CSV import: Categories with same names

Hello,

I am using the CSV Import/Export 2.1 with the Responsive Comparison Theme. In my theme I have a category structure that looks something like this:

Women
– Underwear
– – Underpants

Men
– Underwear
– – Underpants

Kids
– Underwear
– – Underpants

Then I would like to import a post to the these three categories:
Women
– Underwear
– – Underpants

The problem is that the post also will be created in the Men and Kids categories. But it should only be created in the Women category. I would therefore like to ask how I import posts to selected categories and not categories with same names? Is it fx possible to use category IDs or perhaps use a syntax that tells the importer where and where not to import posts to?
