The store finder is called using the shortcode [geo-google]
The shortcode takes optional attributes of width and height eg: [geo-google width = “960” height = “300”]. The default width and heights are 650px x 500px.
To call the code in your template files:
<?php geogoogle_locator_php( $width, $height ) ?>
The $width and $height variables are optional. The default width and heights are 650px x 500px.
IMPORTANT: Geo Googe works by taking the address that is input into the Map Location on the submission form and geocodes that address. It stores the geo location variables in two new custom fields called ‘longitude’ and ‘latitude’.
If you already have listings on your site, they will not appear in the results. Only listings posted after the activation of the plug in will be geocoded.
To get around this, you can use a service like https://www.gpsvisualizer.com/geocoder/ to geocode multiple addresses and update your listings via csv with the longitude and latitude variables.
