Sub menu positioning and carousel title length

Trying to position the sub item category (Litigation Fund) under the “Donations” tab beneath the grey menu bar so it does not overlap… what file do I edit?

How can I make the Carousel item titles show their full character length instead of getting cut off?

Can’t figure these two out after editing many files.
