How Can I get The Categories To Show

Hi Everyone,
I can not seem to get the categories and the product Items to show on my Shopper Press NONE responsive theme. I am using the 7.1.4 version and the WP3.8 version.

Can someone here kindly walk me through the sections I need to take in order to turn this feature on please?

Each time I add in more products it takes the old ones away from the home page and I can not see them nor show them any longer with their own categories that are set up.

Thanks and I look forward to the help with this it is driving me nuts on where to search for it to turn them back on.
