Change 'Article' name to 'Blog'

I’d like to change the URL of the ‘Article’ section to ‘Blog’ for SEO purposes. What’s the easiest way to do that?

I can create a new page title ‘blog’ and assign the articles template to it but when I create a new article it shows up under domain.com/article/sample-post and not domain.com/blog/sample-post
